Manu is a member of the board of RAK National Hotels. Manu has over twenty three years of work experience across banking, energy and utilities sectors. He possesses practical experience across Banking, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Debt (origination, structuring & restructuring), Acquisitions & Divestitures, and Infrastructure Advisory & Investor Relations, with an emphasis on power and utilities sector. He has worked at Deutsche Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank and HSBC in various positions.
For the last eight years he has been actively involved with the global energy and utilities sector (with a significant focus on Middle East) in various roles including Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt Advisory, Equity Valuation and Project Finance, both on the investment banking and the corporate sides of the business.
He is the founding Chairman of the Ras al Khaimah Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the second largest accountancy body in the world, with over 250,000 members.
